Step-Start DELAY circuit installed for 833A filament transformer
Step-Start CIRCUIT installed for HV turn on
Power level select changed to allow SINGLE SWITCH selection of 1 KW, 500 Watts, or 250 Watts
Time Delay relays for LV and HV application changed to SS TD relays - filament TD relay in upper left of photo
Existing remote control board MODIFIED to allow more conventional TX PTT function and RX muting
Coaxial antenna RELAY installed
Frequency Conversion
Oscillator/buffer assembly modified for use with external VFO
2nd Oscillator unit acquired with one being retuned for 160 and the other MODIFIED for use on 75
Driver coil RE-TAPPED for 160 and 75 meters and driver band-switch installed
FINAL AMPLIFIER changed to conventional Pi output
Fixed mica capacitors in PLATE tuning and LOADING reconfigured/added/replaced to allow strapping changes to reduce capacity by 1/2 for 160 meter operation and to reduce it by 1/2 again for 75 meter ops
Cheap and simple TURNS COUNTER
